Each month, we research, trial, and review dozens of applications; constantly searching for the ideal solutions for our clients. We have an internal rule that any application we recommend must solve at least three problems.
Each month, members of the MATAX team pick their favorite of the month. Here are the selections for February 2021.
Dan’s Pick:
Roger is an excellent bill payments and reimbursements application that will save you much time in your accounts payable process.
In short, a business should send their bills to be paid to their Roger inbox. From there, you can process them easily for payment as well as set up powerful automation called "workflows" to quickly process your future bills to vendors.

Calendly, a powerful yet simple automated scheduling tool, takes the work out of connecting with others so you can accomplish more. Calendly works with Google, Office 365, and Outlook calendars and apps like Salesforce, Stripe, GoToMeeting, and Zapier for a seamless user experience. Calendly automates meeting scheduling and can connect with up to six of your calendars to automatically check availability and help you connect with your best contacts, prospects, and clients.
