Adding the right applications to your business can streamline operations, create efficient processes and save you time and money.  But where to start?  There are 1,000’s of applications out there, many solving the same or similar issues.  Each month, we research, trial, and review dozens of applications; constantly searching for the ideal solutions for our clients.  We have an internal rule that any application we recommend must solve at least three problems.  

Each month, members of the MATAX team pick their favorite of the month.  Here are the selections for February 2021.

 

Dan’s Pick:

Roger ai accounting automation

Roger

Roger is an excellent bill payments and reimbursements application that will save you much time in your accounts payable process.

In short, a business should send their bills to be paid to their Roger inbox. From there, you can process them easily for payment as well as set up powerful automation called "workflows" to quickly process your future bills to vendors.

Roger helps businesses by:

  • Streamlining bill pay into a quick and easy process.

  • Making reconciliation in your accounting platform a breeze with direct integration to Xero, Quickbooks Online, Freshbooks, and Sage.

Calendly
