Apps Apps Apps - July 2021

Adding the right applications to your business can streamline operations, create efficient processes and save you time and money.  But where to start?  There are 1,000’s of applications out there, many solving the same or similar issues.  Each month, we research, trial, and review dozens of applications; constantly searching for the ideal solutions for our clients.  We have an internal rule that any application we recommend must solve at least three problems.

Each month, members of the MATAX team pick their favorite of the month.  Here are the selections for July 2021.

Dan’s Pick:

Dot Cards

Technology has opened a broad new world of networking through social media. Dot Cards presents a tech-savvy new take on the business card, replacing a stack of business cards with just one card or sticker. Simply tap the back of the business card to a smartphone, and the phone will be directed to a webpage containing all your business contact info with a link to download your information to contact apps and address books. If at any time your information changes, simply update your Dot Card page, rather than order and wait for a new stack of business cards.

I love this because it saves paper, is more efficient, and makes you stand out by breaking the mold of old networking practices.

Pricing: $20 for 1 Dot Card or Dot Sticker
