Now that you know the best way to get super-awesome Xero support, let’s explore the Xero Help Center.

Start with the ? icon, type in a short description of your woe or need and chances are good there will be a link or two taking you to the answer.  If you want a bit more information, look no further than the Xero Guide.  Here you will find a plethora of information on every aspect of Xero; the broad ‘how to’s’ and the small ‘who-knew?’s’.

It is a rabbit hole of wonder, where everyone gets to be Alice.

If reading is not your thing and videos are how you roll — head on over to Xero.TV where you can peruse the animated tutorials and binge watch your way through the wonderland of Xero.

If you have some ideas or feature requests for Xero, want to know what they are working on and what is not yet on the road map, head on over to the Xero Community.  Join the discussion with other business owners and Xero Partners.  Ask questions, share your experience, post your own feature request, upvoteothers.  The community forum is managed by some great Xeros (folks who work at Xero) who really do read every comment.
